Your request covers account information (such as email, phone number and login credentials), created works and related personal data. Our Privacy Policy provides for deletion or anonymization, except where retention is required by law or necessary for disputes or legal obligations.
Data that may be retained
Necessary order and transaction records, and information required for disputes or legal obligations, may be retained for the applicable statutory period. The period depends on the relevant legal requirement; our current Privacy Policy does not specify a single fixed duration.
Account closure is permanent
Once your account is closed, you cannot retrieve its content or information. Save or download any works you want to keep before proceeding.
