Yinso AI FAQ and Community Guidelines

1. Who owns the rights to music created with Yinso AI?

The permitted use of a work, including whether it may be used commercially, depends on your account status at the time the work is generated, based on the successful generation time recorded by our system.

Free Users

For works generated while your account is in Free status, as between you and Yinso AI, we allow you to use the work only for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as personal listening, learning, and non-commercial sharing.

You may not use Free-generated works for advertising, commercial project delivery, commercial release or sale, monetized platform distribution, resale as materials, bundled resale, or any other commercial purpose. You may also not charge for the work itself, or for a substantially substitutable version of the work, as the main source of value.

Pro Members

For works generated during an active Pro membership period, we grant you an exclusive and irrevocable authorization to use the generated content for commercial purposes.

Even after your Pro membership expires, you retain the commercial use rights to works generated during that active membership period, unless you violate these rules, violate applicable laws or regulations, or the work is involved in an infringement dispute.

Important Notice

The legal status of copyright and related rights in AI-generated music is still evolving worldwide. Our rules define the usage boundaries between you and Yinso AI within the platform, but we do not guarantee that any work will be copyrightable or eligible for neighboring-rights protection in every jurisdiction. We also do not guarantee that a work is free from infringement risk.

You are responsible for ensuring that the materials you input and the way you use the resulting work are lawful and compliant. Subscribing to Pro does not retroactively change the permitted use of works generated while your account was in Free status.

2. What is the Re-Creation feature?

The Re-Creation feature allows you to create a new work based on works for which the creator has enabled "Allow Re-Creation."

Yinso AI currently supports two Re-Creation modes:

Cover / Adaptation:

The melody remains broadly similar, and you may enter a new style prompt.

One-Click Reuse:

You may directly reuse the original work's lyrics and style prompt to generate a new work.

3. What support is available if I have a problem?

We usually respond within 7 business days. If your issue involves copyright or safety, please include "[Urgent]" in the subject line.

4. What We Welcome

We welcome users who help build a positive and creative community. In particular, we encourage you to:

• Share the stories behind your music. We believe the story behind a piece of music is often one of its most valuable parts.
• Interact with others in a friendly and constructive way. When you hear a great work, do not hesitate to show appreciation. When you disagree, express yourself respectfully and offer suggestions.
• Create positive Re-Creations. We encourage you to build on outstanding community works where the creator has allowed Re-Creation.
• Discover and support other creators. Use likes, shares, comments, and other interactions to help excellent creators be seen.

5. What We Do Not Allow

To keep the community safe and respectful, the following conduct is not allowed:

Hate, Discrimination, and Personal Attacks

You may not post discriminatory or hateful statements based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics. Personal attacks, insults, and malicious defamation of other users are strictly prohibited.

Harassment, Bullying, and Threats

Any form of malicious harassment, cyberbullying, or language that threatens another person's safety is prohibited.

Infringing Content

You may not impersonate others. You may not use another person's copyrighted materials, such as lyrics, melodies, or vocals, without proper authorization.

Illegal Content

You may not post pornographic, extremely violent, graphic, gambling-related, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal content, or any content that violates applicable local laws and regulations.

Spam and Advertising

You may not post commercial advertisements, malicious promotional links, or repetitive spam that is unrelated to creation.

Abuse of AI Services

You may not use AI to generate misleading information. You may not use automated scripts, programs, or similar tools to maliciously consume server resources or manipulate usage metrics.

Enforcement

If we discover conduct that violates the above guidelines, the Yinso AI team may, depending on the circumstances, delete or hide the relevant content and take action against the violating account, including warnings, feature restrictions, or permanent suspension.
